Los manuales de economía doméstica en la escuela: contabilidad hogareña, educación de las emociones y enseñanza práctica para el hogar (Argentina, fines del siglo XIX y principios del XX)

چکیده
En este artículo analizaremos el contenido de siete los primeros manuales Economía Doméstica que se publicaron entre 1865 y 1903, escritos por autores autoras extranjeros/asy del país, destinados a las niñas jóvenes. Estudiaremos, un lado, cuál era la finalidad mismos otro, qué temas trataban en estos seleccionados autoridades oficiales.
